photos Play Dragon Age Journeys on iPhone/iPod Touch
Posted on October 23rd, 2009 No commentsBecause Dragon Age Journeys is Flash-based you cannot open it in Safari on the iPhone. Try installing the free edition RealVNC on your home computer and downloading the Mocha VNC Lite app (also free) on your phone. Both free. It is certainly not ideal but like the cook at the Japanese Steak House said in reference to bean sprouts, “bean sprouts… better then nothing!” The only tricky part is forwarding port 5900 but other than that it is pretty simple. Find your router on http://portforward.com and follow the directions. The documentation on the RealVNC website located here > http://www.realvnc.com/support/portforward.html is < Please click links to the left.

photos How to login to Google AdSense on iPhone
Posted on October 15th, 2009 No commentsI have been trying to login to my Google AdSense account using my iPhone fir the past several weeks on and off. Unfortunately, once I login the login space is refreshed with a very small portion of AdSense data. I found that if I just simply click on the “Take me to my account” link located in the yellow bar above that it lets you view your AdSense normally as you can see below. I hope that helps somebody! Now if only I can figure out how to increase my clicks and page impressions per day!

photos List of Metro Stations to Receive Cell Phone Service
Posted on October 14th, 2009 No commentsI found a list on the Washington Examiner’s website and am posting it here. This is the list of WMATA/Metro underground rail stations that will be receiving expanded cell phone service starting on Friday October 16, 2009. The busiest stations are being done first with completion of all 47 underground stations to be completed by the same time next year. This is great news for anybody who doesn’t currently have Verizon and doesn’t mind listening to big mouths talking during your once peaceful commute Without further ado, here is the list: Ballston Bethesda Columbia Heights Crystal City Dupont Circle Farragut < Please click links to the left.

photos When Metro employees follow procedure, work slows?
Posted on October 14th, 2009 No commentsAfter a string of accidents and failed drug/alcohol tests, apparently the Amalgamated Transit Union Local 689 has urged it’s members to begin following ALL of the rules. I am not really sure how to interpret this. Does that mean that Metro’s policy’s are not effective and need to be revisited? Or are Metro employees purposely dragging their feet to prove a point? Oh well. I wish that they had some competition because as long as they hold the only card they can pretty much do what they want…

photos How To Get 1,000 Page Impressions Per Day For Google Adsense
Posted on October 9th, 2009 No commentsI have made a goal of getting 1,000 page impressions per day to hopefully generate a little money. Does anybody have any ideas on how to accomplish this? Any non-spam ideas would be greatly appreciated. I think I am going to redo this site but have been trying to come up with some sort of topic. Any ideas with regards to that would also be greatly appreciated.

photos Obama has time for gay rights group but not Dalai Lama?
Posted on October 6th, 2009 No commentsThe Dalai Lama is in time but unfortunately he will have to settle for meeting with Congress. Obama is apparently going to be busy with many important items including addressing the nations largest gay rights group, “Human Rights Campaign”.

photos Michelle Obama’s “Sacrifice”
Posted on October 1st, 2009 No commentsDuring Michelle Obama’s speech to the Olympic committee she stated that, “As much of a sacrifice as people say this is for me or Oprah or the president to come for these few days…”. Sacrifice? What is she sacrificing? She gets to go to a beautiful city to wine and dine? Next time I would be more then happy to “sacrifice” my family’s time for a couple of days to go to Copenhagen. It is comments like that, that make me wonder how clueless these people are about our daily lives. Either that or they are just thoughtless. . .
