photos Store Owner Gives Robber $40 and Bread

I found this story on Today powered by MSNBC. An out of work man walked into a convenience store shortly before it closed around midnight carrying a bat. When the store owner pulled out a shotgun, the would-be theif dropped to his knees and began crying explaining that he was out of work and was only doing it to feed his family. Instead of getting the man arrested he gave him $40 and a loaf of bread. He walked to the back of the store to get him some milk but when he returned the man was gone.
